1. General Refund Policy

At RBS Hospital Jaipur, payments once made for medical services are generally non-refundable after services have been rendered. However, refunds may be considered under specific circumstances as outlined in this policy.

All refund requests are subject to verification and hospital management approval.

2. OPD Consultation Refund

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the doctor consultation has been completed.

  • If an appointment is cancelled before consultation, refund eligibility will be reviewed.

  • If the hospital cancels the appointment due to unavoidable reasons, patients may choose a refund or rescheduling without extra charges.

3. Diagnostic & Laboratory Services Refund

  • Lab test and diagnostic charges are non-refundable once sample collection or testing has begun.

  • If cancelled prior to sample collection, partial refund may be applicable after administrative deductions.

  • Duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.

4. IPD Admission & Surgery Advance Refund

  • Advance payments made for hospital admission or surgery are adjustable against final billing.

  • If a surgery or procedure is cancelled by the hospital, eligible advance payments may be refunded.

  • If cancelled by the patient, refund amount depends on cancellation timing and expenses already incurred.

5. Online Payment & Transaction Errors

In cases of:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Payment gateway technical errors

  • Failed transactions with deducted amount

Patients must notify the hospital with transaction details. After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on banking policies.

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed medical consultations

  • Completed diagnostic tests

  • Emergency medical services

  • Medicines and medical consumables once used

  • Administrative and registration charges

7. Refund Processing Method

Approved refunds will be processed through:

  • Original payment method (Card/UPI/Net Banking)

  • Bank transfer after verification

Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
